Who is the team behind Upperlane?

Upperlane was founded by Guillaume and Damien. Initially working with Seed and Series A startups as the product design collective Enuma, we developed numerous Minimum Viable Brands (MVB) and marketing websites for companies we helped launch. This experience led to the creation of Upperlane, a specialized branch of Enuma (enuma-collective.com) focused on delivering effective marketing websites in a matter of weeks.

Is Webflow my only implementation option?

Yes, because it’s perfect for startups. Webflow isn’t just our preferred platform; it’s your key to a powerful online presence. Its intuitive CMS, seamless multilingual capabilities & 3rd-party apps integration system make it ideal for rapid growth and global reach. We believe it's the best tool to efficiently and creatively develop and scale your startup’s website.

Does Upperlane provide any support post-delivery?

Absolutely. If you need to update a section or improve an asset, you can order a week of support and we will make these quick fixes for you. The way it works is that we provide a Notion template for you to list all the quick tasks, and we'll address them the following week. On top of that, we also provide with video tutorials on how to work with Webflow.

Can I grow my website with Upperlane?

Yes, Upperlane is designed for companies looking to expand their websites. You can add new pages on a weekly or monthly basis as needed. Our Figma and Webflow mirror system allows us to create new pages in 2-3 weeks. Plus, our fixed pricing helps you plan your costs. Check out our pricing table for details.

Can Upperlane help me with custom integrations?

Yes, our developers are skilled in integrating Webflow with your daily tools such as GSheet, Calendly, HubSpot, Zapier and more.

What’s the order process with Upperlane?

Before starting a project, we organize a call to understand your needs and establish collaboration. A signed quote and a 30-40% deposit are required before the first Sprint. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

Conditions:
- You are responsible for costs related to the domain name, hosting, Webflow account, and external tools (cookies, analytics).
- No changes or cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.
- Projects are organized in one-week Sprints, starting every Tuesday and delivering work every Thursday. Client feedback after each Sprint guides improvements for the next. Final delivery on Webflow occurs on the Friday of the last Sprint.
- Feedback must be provided by the Monday before each Sprint, or it will be postponed.
- A Sprint can be postponed up to three times; beyond that, the project ends, or a $1,000 penalty is applied.
- The process is asynchronous.
- The client must appoint a single team member to manage the project.

Can Upperlane invoice in other currencies than USD?

Invoices can be sent in USD or EUR at the conversion rate of the invoice date.
